Guo Aijun

 

Personal profile

Guo Aijun, male, born in 1964, is from Tianmen, Hubei Province. He is a doctor, professor and supervisor of doctoral students in economics. He is currently the dean of the School of Economics of Lanzhou University and the Vice-Dean of the County Economic Development Research Institute of Lanzhou University. Mainly engaged in China's regional economic relations, regional economic development strategy, County Economic development, industrial organization theory and policy, public policy research.

The main social part-time jobs are: members of the CPPCC of Gansu Province; vice-chairman of the China Association of Regional Sciences; executive director of the National Economic Geographic Society; special researcher of the China West Economic Research Center (affiliated with Northwest University), director of the China West Economic Forum, key research base of the Ministry of Education; expert consultation of regional economic development in Gansu Province. Group members; Deputy Secretary-General of Gansu Statistical Society; Standing Director of Gansu Macroeconomic Society; Director of Resources, Environment and Regional Development Think Tank, Advisory Expert Committee and Regional Economic Advisory Expert Committee of Lanzhou Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences; Expert of Silk Road Pratt Finance Forum of Gansu Provincial Finance Society, Green Member of the Sexual Finance Committee; Member and Director of the Academic Committee of the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction Research Center (affiliated to Lanzhou University); Member of the Economic and Social Development Research Center of Minority Areas (affiliated to Northwest University for Nationalities), a major research base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Gansu Province Member and Chairman of the Technical Committee; Expert of the United Front Theory Research Association of Gansu CPPCC; Member of Gansu Provincial Committee of China Democratic Promotion Association, Chairman of Economic and Technological Work Committee, Vice-Chairman of Minjin Lanzhou University Committee; Lanzhou Science and Technology Industry Development Investment Fund, Lanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Venture Capital Base Gold Investment Decision Committee Expert Bank Expert; Pingliang City, Gansu Province, the first batch of flexible introduction of high-end talent. In December 2013, the first batch of "four batches of" talents (theorists) of Gansu propaganda and culture system were selected; in June 2014, they won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the People's Advancement Gansu Provincial Committee for 30 years. In July 2015 and June 2016, Lanzhou University Committee and Lanzhou University of the Communist Party of China assessed outstanding middle-level leading cadres in 2014 and 2015 for two consecutive years. In September 2016, he won the honorary title of excellent doctoral dissertation instructor of Lanzhou University.

Major Learning Experiences:

From 1983 to 1987, he studied in the Department of Political Education of Central China Normal University and obtained a Bachelor of Law degree.

From 1987 to 1990, he studied in the Department of International Politics, Fudan University and obtained a master's degree in law.

From 2000 to 2005, he studied in Lanzhou University and received a doctorate in economics.

Scientific research achievements:

More than 50 papers have been published in such academic journals as Political Science Research, Journal of Lanzhou University, Social Sciences of Gansu Province, Journal of Northwest University, Statistics and Decision-making, and Circulation Economy of China. Two. Research projects

Has undertaken more than 20 projects of the National Social Science Fund, Gansu Social Science Fund and entrusted by the local government. Recently, he presided over the projects of National Social Science Fund, such as "Research on Industrial Structure Adjustment and Industrial Layout Optimization in Northwest China under the Background of Silk Road Economic Belt Construction", "Research on Economic and Social Revitalization and Leap-forward Development in Old Revolutionary Areas" commissioned by Gansu Provincial Agricultural and Industrial Office. He participated in many academic works such as Regional Economy and Regional Development - Empirical Study of Gansu Regional Economy. Participate in Gansu Provincial Government's major project "Gansu Provincial Situation Research", National Development and Reform Commission project "Western Development Strategy and Policy" and other topics.
